The staff was great and the rooms clean!

They didn't seem to know the difference between non-smoking and smoking rooms... Or all rooms were smoking allowed :-) We asked for non-smoking, but got ashtrays placed allover the room and the specific cigarette smell (very slight). But all in all it was good.

A little out of the way from central Bologna it required about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop then probably about a 20 minute bus trip but that was fine by us, we were looking for something on the outskirts so we didn't have to drive our rental car into the city. Hotel was clean enough and quiet and the owner is great, a real colourful character. Breakfast was very good.

It is a very comfortable hotel running by very pleasant family. Very clean, warm with good breakfast. Despite not central location (it is good when you travel by car) - it is not very difficult to get centre of Bologna- just 15 minutes by bus.

Room smelt of smoke had to leave all windows open to try to erase the smell, disappointing due to the fact we had requested non-smoking

First of all I would like to thank Stefania and her family. They are very nice people. Stefania did her best to make our stay in the hotel comfortable. The room has been cleaned every day. Very quiet place: no noises outside. The distance to Bologna fiere is really short. This was a priority for me when I chose the hotel.

Stefania is the only person there who speaks English. Breakfasts are very poor, though coffee/capucino is very tasty! Outside the hotel there is only one cafe pizzeria which I managed to find within 15 min. walk from the hotel. I was eager to taste cheese, ham, olives. No toaster. Wi-Fi didn't work unfortunately.

Lovely little family hotel. Couldn't have been more helpful. Driving us to bus stops,drawing little maps,Stephanie even gave me her bus ticket when the Tabac was closed. Good strong wifi. Will always stay here for the Fiera.

Bit cold at night.

The staff were extreamly friendly and did everything they could to help us. They gave us sound advice on where to go and places to eat. The rooms were basic but had the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.

Room was nice and comfortable, with a good shower. Excellent choice for breakfast. Reception staff very friendly.

You need to take a cap to go to town, it's too far for walking. Bus and restaurant is at least 10 minutes walk.

Very close to Bologna airport and excellent as we arrived late at night after renting a car. Car park available, easy access to start our trip....

It was lovely the family who run it could not have been more helpful. We would just mention we were going somewhere and they were full of information. The Hostess spoke very good englishand the breakfast was yummy. Rooms were very clean and serviced everyday.

It was very far from the city center. I did not have a car but the bus did make it easy to get into the city. However, initially getting to the hotel was a chore because the bus map was not easy to read and the tourist information center was closed. To get there take the 27 bus out past the highway and it will drop you off by a great ice cream place grab a cone and walk the half mile to the hotel
